Welford Chart Notes has been certified by InfoGard Laboratories for Meaningful
Use. This means that you can qualify for additional reimbursement under
the HITECH Act (up to $44,000 over 5 years) for using Welford Chart Notes.
The program has a wealth of features which make it easy for you to comply
with Meaningful Use requirements. Here are just a few of them.
Meaningful
Use Report
Generate a report in seconds showing how well each Provider in the practice
is complying with each Meaningful Use measure. If you click on any measure,
you can see a list of patients who are out of compliance. Double-click
any of these patient names, and the program automatically opens the relevant
section of that patient's chart so that you can update the chart and bring
the patient into compliance.
Meaningful Use Reminders
Each user can choose to be proactively reminded if a patient is out of
compliance with Meaningful Use measures each time that patient's relevant
chart section is closed, allowing the user to correct the deficiency on
the spot. For example, if you store demographic information but forget
to record the patient's birth date, gender, language, or race, the program
automatically reminds you to do so.
